Remember Immigration will usually email you any requests for more information using the email address you originally provided on the application. Be very careful if you start using a new email address. Either update Immigration with the new email address or keep checking the original email address provided. We have seen cases where Immigration have emailed requests for more information or even refusals to applicants and they have not seen these emails. Their visa is then at risk of refusal and you could miss out on the chance of applying for appeal if you do not see the email.
